MICHELLE HAWVER PORTRAITS

Michelle and I had such a blast during her portrait session in Warner Springs and along Highway 79.  Check out her awesome motorcycle!  We were greeted by the nicest Highway Patrol Officer who gave us some great location tips in the area.  During her photo session ... SUMMER HOLIDAY PORTRAIT SPECIAL - 2012

Well here it is folks the 2012 Holiday Portrait Special by Kelly Fitzgerald Photography!  We are starting early this year and the Summer Holiday Portrait Special is only available for the month of September.  Take advantage of the beautiful summer weather and celebrate your family this coming holiday season by scheduling a family portrait session.  Get a jump on your holiday shopping as photos make a great gift for your loved ones.  Greet family and friends during the holiday season with a personalized photo holiday card featuring your favorite image from the portrait session.

I specialize in environmental portraiture and the use of natural light.  What is that you ask?  Well, here is how it works.  You pick a location... it could be someplace fun like the beach or a park.  It could be downtown, with an urban setting.  All are great locations.  It can also be a special family spot... don't be afraid to think outside the box.  I can also suggest some wonderful locations.  You can wear holiday clothing colors (even fancy holiday sweaters and Santa hats if you choose) or just something nice and casual that you feel comfortable in.

Holiday photo sessions can be used by individuals, couples, kids or families of up to 4 people.  Additional people and/or pets are $25 each.  Weekday photo sessions are available as well as weekends, but they always fill up fast, so schedule today!

THE DAVIS-DUFFY FAMILY PORTRAITS

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day to photography the Davis-Duffy family.  It was absolutely gorgeous at the beach and the cloud cover made for excellent lighting.  I have been photographing the family for a number of years, in fact, I photographed their beautiful wedding over 10 years ago.  During this portrait session ... THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT MARY

A while back, I met Mary at an event I was photographing.  I liked her instantly.  We talked about the beautiful Eastern Sierras and about my 5 year fine art project of the Hawaiian Islands.  So it was wonderful to get a call one day out of the blue from her husband to photograph her 60th Birthday Event.

REVOLT IN STYLE

Back in 1996 and 1997, I did freelance work for Revolt in Style Magazine.  At the time, it was a small group of creative and innovative guys sharing a one room office in Pacific Beach.  I would get my assignment, along with 2 rolls of slide film.  They gave me complete creative freedom in creating the covers for them.  Once I completed the photo shoot, I would then drop off the slide film at the office and they would process it.  The next day, we would get together and go through the slides and view them on a light-box.  It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed collaborating with the staff and picking out the final image for the magazine cover.
