MODEL HEATHER

A few months back I bumped into Heather at a party. It was really nice to see her ... so I thought I would go back into my film archives and post some of the images I took of Heather. I had the pleasure of photographing Heather a few years back for her model portfolio. We spent 2 days shooting and Karla Lopez-Martinez of Gila Rut Aveda Salon was the hair and makeup stylist extraordinaire. We had so much fun and Heather was a rock star! Thanks to Lucia Lento at Drop Dead Designs for hooking us up!

MODEL MEGAN

One day, when I was downtown ... I discovered Megan sitting at a table at Starbucks. I asked her if she had ever modeled before and she said no. So I gave her my card and asked her if she would be interested in auditioning for a photo shoot with Gila Rut Salon. I thought she would be perfect for the shoot. Megan turned out to be a natural in front of the camera and she was so much fun to photograph. She ended up landing more modeling gigs after her first photo session with me. Go Megan!

GILA RUT AVEDA SALON

Hey everyone! Here are a few images that I took a couple of years ago for Gila Rut Aveda Salon. I have another photo shoot scheduled with the salon in a couple of weeks. I am super excited about it as the photo session will be held at Ray Street Studios in North Park. I am also looking forward to working with the creative team at Gila Rut. It should be a fun day!

MUSIC CD COVER ART

Hey everybody! I just love music. One of my hobbies is making music mixes for my friends as gifts. I really enjoy making the CD covers as well. Thought I would share a few of them with you. I am currently working on a new Chill Out VI Lounge Mix. I am trying to find a copy of the song "Beating Of My Heart" by Moa x (2001 -EMI- Netherlands) and have emailed a few people in Europe that I found on Discog.com that may have it ... I am crossing my fingers!

SHANNON AND DAVID'S WEDDING

Shannon and David hosted an intimate ceremony at the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa in Rancho Santa Fe one Saturday in February. Lauren Finley was the coordinator and Adrianne Smith provided the florals. Shannon and David were a joy to photograph and we were thrilled to be a part of such an amazing day. REYNOLDS FAMILY PHOTO SESSION

Thought I would share some of my images from the Reynolds family portrait session I took awhile back. The weather was beautiful that day and it made for great photos. I have received a few comments from people saying I should enter the B&W image in a photo contest. Check out the cute expressions on the little boy and his dog. I think maybe he'd rather be surfing on that cool Velzy surfboard. :o)

THE MOORE HOUSE

Here is a sample of my architectural work. This beautiful home was on the market and the client wanted great photos to list on the MLS and on the agents website. The client also purchased a DVD slideshow set to music, which they played during their open house on the wide screen TV. I am happy to report ... the house sold the following weekend. TIME FRAMES VIDEO

I am thrilled and honored to have been chosen to be a part of the Calumet Ansel Adams Tribute Video. My image "Shipwreck Beach - III, Lanai" can be seen at the 2:06 mark. Feb. 20th 2009, marked the 107th anniversary of Ansel Adams birthday, 25 years after his passing. A seminal photographer, Adams was a strong influence on the field of photography and the American landscape itself. To celebrate Ansel Adams life and work, Calumet asked photographers to share their vision of the natural environment in the spirit of this monumental photographer.
